Processing time

Orders are handed to our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

Delivery within the United States currently takes 8–14 business days after dispatch. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise two-day delivery and miss it.

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand; delivery times there are comparable and may occasionally be longer depending on customs.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. Optional add-ons such as priority processing may be offered at checkout.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer box. There is no product name, no branding and no imagery on the outside, and your card statement shows a neutral descriptor.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange a re-ship.
